Bristol delivered a resounding 3-1 victory against Swansea on Saturday, at Liberty Stadium. Both Swansea City and Bristol City arrived in good form, having secured victories in their previous matches. Swansea City were looking to pick up points, following a 1-0 victory against Coventry City. Bristol City, on the other hand, were able to continue their winning streak after a 3-1 win against Middlesbrough in their last match. Following today’s result, Swansea City and Bristol City currently occupy 4th and 11th spots in the table, with 59 points and 45 points respectively after 33 matches.

After a goalless first half, Swansea City started the second half on an intensified spirit, beginning with Andre Ayew opening the scoring, 55 minutes in. However, the good form didn’t last for long. An equalizer from a goal from Nahki Wells in the 66th minute brought Bristol City level. Later, Bristol City scored again thanks to a goal from Kasey Palmer in the 80th minute to establish the 2-1. Later, Bristol City scored again and increased their lead thanks to a goal from Antoine Semenyo in the 90th minute just before the final whistle, which sealed the victory for the visitors.
