On Saturday, Stoke City and Reading were held to a 0-0 draw at Bet365 Stadium. Stoke City arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after a 1-1 draw against Huddersfield Town. Reading, on the other hand, were looking to extend their winning run after a 3-1 victory against Bournemouth. After today’s result, Stoke City and Reading currently occupy 9th and 4th spots in the table, with 39 points and 48 points respectively after 28 matches.

For Stoke City, Jacob Brown, Jordan Cousins and Sam Vokes came on for John Swift and Michael Olise, while Reading brought on Yakou Meite and Sone Aluko to replace John Swift and Michael Olise.

The referee booked James McClean, Danny Batth and Jacob Brown for Stoke City.

Stoke City will next play Norwich City away, with Reading facing Millwall at home.
