Brecia Calcio strolled past Vicenza with a 3-0 win on Tuesday at Stadio Romeo Menti. Both teams arrived fresh from some positive results. VIC were looking to pick up points after winning last match. Brescia, on the other hand, were looking to extend their winning run after a 3-1 victory against SPAL. As the table looks today, VIC and Brescia currently occupy 14th and 8th spots in the table, with 44 points and 50 points respectively after 36 matches.

Brescia started the first half well, with Bjarnason opening the rout at the 38 minute mark. However they weren’t finished yet and Donnarumma made it 2-0 just before half-time to secure a 0-2 win.

Brescia started the second half with an intensified spirit, with an early second effort from Donnarumma in the 50th minute, leaving the final score at 3-0.

For VIC, Lamin Jallow, Pasini, Vandeputte, Longo and Zonta, came on for Nalini, Pontisso, Meggiorini, Padella and Giacomelli. Brescia brought on Ndoj, Karacic, Pajač, Labojko and Ragusa, to replace Bjarnason, Mateju, Martella, Jagiello and Donnarumma.

There were bookings for Cinelli and Cappelletti from VIC, and Mateju, Van De Looi and Ndoj, for Brescia.

VIC will next travel to Frosinone, while Brescia will face Pisa at home.
