REG were held to 2-2 draw by ASC down on Tuesday at Stadio Oreste Granillo. REG were looking for a victory following a disappointing 1-1 draw with Cremonese in their previous game. ASC were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Empoli and SPAL. As it stands, REG are currently 10th with 49 points from 36 matches, while ASC sit in 16th, with 41 points from 36.

REG started the first half well, thanks to Cionek giving REG the lead, 18 minutes in. However, their celebrations were kept brief, as Bajić equalised for ASC just before half-time. The score at half time was 1-1.

ASC started strong in the second half and were able to dominate, with an early goal from Sabiri in the 49th minute. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Montalto equalised for REG, on 63 minutes. The game ended wih a 2-2 draw.

For REG, Bellomo, Denis, Edera, Stavropoulos and Crimi, came on for Liotti, Bianchi, Montalto, Dalle Mura and Crisetig. ASC brought on Eramo, Bidaoui and Mosti, to replace Danzi, Bajić and Caligara.

There were bookings for Di Chiara, Bianchi and Folorunsho from REG, and Eramo, Bajić, Dionisi and Caligara, for ASC.

REG will next play Lecce away, with ASC facing Cittadella at home.
