We have a former football player in our midst! Sergio wanted to become a footballer ever since he started watching the games.

Reggiana strolled past Pordenone with a 1-0 win on Saturday at Stadio Città del Tricolore. Reggiana were hoping to get something from this game, following a previous defeat to Reggina while POR were able to continue their winning streak after a 2-0 win against Frosinone in their last match. As the table looks today, Reggiana and POR currently occupy 18th and 15th spots in the table, with 34 points and 41 points respectively after 35 matches.

After an un-eventful first half, Reggiana applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Ajeti finding the net at the 56 minute mark so at full time it was 1-0 to Reggiana.

For Reggiana, Gyamfi, Kirwan, Muratore, Ardemagni and Espeche, came on for Lunetta, Radrezza, Laribi, Zamparo and Rossi. POR brought on Mallamo, Butic and Scavone for Zammarini, Misuraca and Caló.

The referee booked Yao, Rozzio and Espeche and Yao (2 yellow cards) saw the red card, for Reggiana.

Reggiana will next travel to Pescara, while POR will face Salernitana at home.
