Both CHI and USC will take positives from a share of the points, following a 1-1 draw

CHI were held to 1-1 draw by USC down on Tuesday at Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi. CHI were looking forward to meeting again after losing their last game 3-1 to Venezia. USC secured a point against Reggina in their previous match. As the table looks today, CHI are in 7th place, with 50 points from 36 matches, while USC sit in 12th, with 45 points from 36.

CHI started the game well, with a goal from Fabbro, 25 minutes in and managed to see out the first half 1-0.

USC fought back, thanks to an early goal from Gianluca Gaetano in the 48th minute. The game ended wih a 1-1 draw.

For CHI, Bertagnoli, Di Gaudio, Djordjevic, Samuele Vignato and Mattia Viviani, came on for Mogos, Margiotta, Fabbro, Canotto and Garritano. USC brought on Buonaiuto, Nadir Zortea, Ceravolo, Colombo and Deli, to replace Nardi, Baez, Strizzolo, Gianluca Gaetano and Buonaiuto.

There were bookings for Palmiero from CHI. For USC, Nardi and Nadir Zortea saw yellow.

CHI will next play Virtus Entella away, with USC facing Pescara at home.
