Hellas Verona fell to a home defeat at the hands of Internazionale at the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi on Friday. Nerazzurri continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to Joaquin Correa finding the net in the 83rd minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a second effort from Joaquin Correa just before the final whistle to make it 3-1.
For Verona, Nicolo Casale, Kevin Lasagna, Adrien Tameze, Bosko Sutalo and Pawel Dawidowicz, came on for Federico Ceccherini, Matteo Cancellieri, Martin Hongla, Davide Faraoni and Giangiacomo Magnani.
