Azzurri dominated the first half, thanks to an early goal from Filippo Bandinelli in the 4th minute. However, the good fortune didn’t last for long. An equalizer from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic 6 minutes into the game brought Lazio level. The momentum was now with Lazio, who then scored again through a goal from Manuel Lazzari, 31 minutes in to establish a 2-1. The White and Sky Blues then netted once more and increased their lead thanks to a penalty goal from Ciro Immobile just before half-time. The first half ended 1-3.
