Manchester City enjoyed a mesmerising away victory against Leicester at the King Power Stadium on Saturday. Both Leicester and Man City arrived at the challenge after previous wins. Leicester were looking to pick up points, following a 2-1 victory against Norwich City. Man City were coming from consecutive wins against Arsenal and Norwich City. Following a goalless first half, Man City continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to Bernardo Silva giving Cityzens the lead at the 62 minute mark. When the final wisthle blew, the result was 1-0 to Man City.

For Leicester, Jonny Evans, Ademola Lookman and Kelechi Iheanacho, came on for Jannik Vestergaard, Harvey Barnes and James Maddison. Man City replaced Raheem Sterling and Fernandinho with Ferran Torres and Gabriel Jesus.

There were bookings for Caglar Soyuncu from Leicester. For Man City, Rodri and Aymeric Laporte saw yellow.
