Following a goalless first half, Man City continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to Bernardo Silva giving Cityzens the lead at the 62 minute mark. When the final wisthle blew, the result was 1-0 to Man City.
For Leicester, Jonny Evans, Ademola Lookman and Kelechi Iheanacho, came on for Jannik Vestergaard, Harvey Barnes and James Maddison. Man City replaced Raheem Sterling and Fernandinho with Ferran Torres and Gabriel Jesus.
