Fulham on away loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. Chelsea were looking to pick up points, following a 1-0 victory against West Ham United. Fulham were beaten 1-0 in the previous match against Tottenham Hotspur. Following today’s result, Chelsea and Fulham currently occupy 4th and 18th spots in the table, with 61 points and 27 points respectively after 34 matches.

Chelsea started the first half well, with a goal from Kai Havertz at the 10 minute mark, finishing the first half 1-0.

The Blues started strong in the second half and were able to dominate, thanks to an early second effort from Kai Havertz in the 49th minute, leaving the final score at 2-0.

Chelsea brought on N`Golo Kante, Tammy Abraham and Marcos Alonso for Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount and Benjamin Chilwell. Fulham brought on Joshua Onomah, Fabio Carvalho and Aleksandar Mitrovic, to replace Ivan Cavaleiro, Mario Lemina and Josh Maja.

There were bookings for Kurt Zouma from Chelsea, and Ola Aina, for Fulham.

Chelsea will next play Manchester City away, with Fulham facing Burnley at home.
