Norwich City were looking to pick up points after winning their previous two games against Bristol City at home and Cardiff City away, by 2-0 and 2-1 respectively. Middlesbrough, on the other hand, lost 1-0 in the last match they played against Blackburn Rovers. After today’s result, Norwich City are in 1st place, with 54 points from 27 matches, while Middlesbrough sit in 7th, with 40 points from 27.
