Norwich City suffer at the hands of Swansea City as home team is triumphant

Norwich City on away loss to Swansea at Liberty Stadium on Friday. Swansea City were looking to pick up points, following a 3-1 victory against Rotherham United. Norwich City were unable to beat Middlesbrough in a 0-0 draw. As the table looks today, Swansea City and Norwich City sit 2nd, (53 points) and 1st, (55 points), in the table respectively, after 28 matches.

The second half started favourably for Swansea City, thanks to early goal from Conor Hourihane in the 48th minute, leaving the final score at 2-0.

For Swansea City Jordan Morris came on for Jamal Lowe, while Norwich brought on Adam Idah, Onel Hernandez, Mario Vrancic and Kieran Dowell to replace Oliver Skipp, Przemyslaw Placheta, Lukas Rupp and Todd Cantwell.

There were bookings for Ryan Bennett, Marc Guehi and Freddie Woodman from Swansea and Adam Idah and Mario Vrancic for Norwich.

Swansea City will play their next game away against Sheffield Wednesday, while Norwich City will face Stoke City at home.
