Phili 0 – Inter 1- The Herons travel to BMO Field and seal win

Phili were defeated at home by Inter Miami at BMO Field on Wednesday. As the table looks today, Phili are in 14th place on the table and has 15 points while Inter sit in 6th with 32 points after 32 matches.

After an un-eventful first half, Inter continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Makoun giving The Herons the lead just before the final whistle. The game ended 1-0.

For Phili, Shaffelburg, Morrow and Zavaleta, came on for Endoh, Laryea and Achara. Inter brought on Brek Shea, Higuaín, Carranza and Matuidi, to replace Leerdam, Vassilev, Pizarro and Chapman.

The referee booked Mavinga, Laryea and Delgado from Phili and Lawrence went off with a red card, while Inter’s Gregore, Robinson and González Pirez also received a yellow.
