Seattle 2 – Houston 0: The Sounders triumph over Orange Crush at CenturyLink Field

Houston Dynamo on away loss to Seattle at CenturyLink Field on Thursday. Following today’s result, Seattle are in 1st place, with 29 points from 16 matches, while Houston sit in 7th, with 15 points from 16.

Following a goalless first half,

Seattle applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Rowe finding the net, 63 minutes in. However they weren’t finished yet and Montero made it 2-0 just before the final whistle with a final score of 2-0.

For Seattle, Atencio and Smith, came on for Leyva and Medranda. Houston brought on Quintero, Cerén and Bajamich, to replace Memo Rodríguez, Jones and Picault.

There were bookings for Gómez and Leyva from Seattle. For Houston, Picault saw yellow.
