On Thursday, Red Bulls and Union were held to a 1-1 draw at Red Bull Arena. After today’s result, Red Bulls are in 11th place, with 31 points from 36 matches, while Union sit in 5th, with 39 points from 36.
It was an impressive opening from Union, thanks to Santos giving Union the lead in the 18th minute. However, their celebrations were kept brief, as Fernandez equalised for Red Bulls in the 37th minute, which saw the first half end 1-1. The second half ended with little further action at either end and goalless.
