Revs rallied after this and were rewarded, with Buchanan finding the net at the 65 minute mark. The final result, Revs 2, NYC 1.

For Revs, Carles Gil, Buksa, Buchanan and Caldwell, came on for Boateng, Edward Kizza, Kaptoum and Bunbury. NYC brought on Andres Jasson, Acevedo and Ismael Tajouri, to replace Rodríguez, Talles Magno and Castellanos.
