Revs 1 – Columbus 1- Points shared at Gillette Stadium after draw

On Sunday, Revs and Columbus were held to a 1-1 draw at Gillette Stadium. As the table looks today, Revs are in 1st place, with 56 points from 33 matches, while Columbus sit in 10th, with 31 points from 33.

After an un-eventful first half, Columbus fought back the second half, with a goal from Zardes, 58 minutes in. In the end though, their celebrations were kept brief, as Buksa equalised for Revs, 62 minutes in. The game ended 1-1.

As for substitutions, for Revs, Bunbury and Traustason, came on for Bou and Mcnamara, Columbus brought on Afful, Hurtado, Parente and Fraser, to replace Valenzuela, Matan, Miguel Berry and Hairston.

The referee booked two players from Columbus, Abdul-Salaam and Parente.
