MON 0 – Nashville 1- Visitors secure points with win at Stade Saputo

Nashville SC defeat Montréal 1-0 on Sunday at Stade Saputo. After today’s result, MON are currently 7th with 31 points from 32 matches, while Nashville sit in 2nd, with 41 points from 32.

After an un-eventful first half, Nashville continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to a goal from Zimmerman, 66 minutes in, which sealed the victory for the visitors.

For MON, Quioto, Kizza and Ibrahim, came on for Johnsen, Brault-Guillard and Bassong. Nashville brought on Godoy, Johnston, Aké Loba, Muyl and Danladi, to replace Matt Lagrassa, Miller, Ríos, Sapong and Mukhtar.

There were bookings for Bassong from MON, and Mukhtar, Tah Anunga and Willis, for Nashville.
