MON 1 – Inter 0: Visitors unable to get win at Stade Saputo

Montréal strolled past Inter Miami with a 1-0 win on Sunday at Stade Saputo. As it stands, MON are in 8th place on the table and has 16 points while Inter sit in 13th with 8 points after 15 matches.

MON started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, thanks to Choiniere giving MON the lead just before half-time Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 1-0.

For MON, Brault-Guillard, Bassong, Ahmed Hamdi, Torres and Piette, came on for Lappalainen, Choiniere, Quioto, Amar Sejdic and Toye. Inter replaced Higuaín, Pizarro, Higuaín and Shawcross with Brek Shea, Chapman, Matuidi and Leerdam.

There were bookings for Wanyama, Struna and Camacho from MON, and González Pirez, Leerdam and Gregore, for Inter.
