Minnesota 1 – Los Angeles 1: Victory beyond reach for The Loons at Allianz Field

Minnesota were held to 1-1 draw by Los Angeles down on Sunday at Allianz Field. Following today’s result, Minnesota are in 6th place on the table and has 45 points while Los Angeles sit in 9th with 41 points after 42 matches.

Los Angeles started strongly in the first half, with a goal from Arango, 32 minutes in and managed to see out the first half 0-1.

Minnesota took the lead in the second half, thanks to Alonso finding the net at the 65 minute mark. The game ended wih a 1-1 draw.

For Minnesota, Finlay, came on for Hunou. Los Angeles brought on Blackmon, Danny Musovski and Farfan, to replace Kim Moon-Hwan, Bryce Duke and Edwards.

There were bookings for Trapp, Chase Gasper and Dibassy from Minnesota, and Murillo and Cifuentes, for Los Angeles.
