LA Galaxy strolled past Austin with a 2-0 win on Saturday at StubHub Center. As the table looks today, Galaxy are in 2nd place on the table and has 12 points while Austin sit in 9th with 6 points after 7 matches.

Galaxy started strongly in the first half, with a goal from Lletget at the 35 minute mark, ending the first half 1-0.

Galaxy continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, thanks to Chicharito finding the net, 77 minutes in. The game ended with a 2-0 victory for Galaxy.

For Galaxy, Klještan, Cabral, Nick Depuy and Saldana, came on for Harvey, Lletget, Alvarez and Grandsir. Austin brought on Nick Lima, Redes, Sebastian Berhalter, Manneh and Stanley, to replace Jiménez, Stroud, Fagundez, Hoesen and Kolmanic.
