D.C. United snatched all three points from Inter Miami in a 3-0 victory on Sunday, at Inter Miami CF Stadium. Following today’s result, Inter and D.C. currently occupy 11th and 9th spots in the league, with 8 points and 9 points respectively after 9 matches.

D.C. started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, with Kamara opening the rout, on 15 minutes. D.C. then scored once more and increased their lead thanks to a goal from Arriola, 21 minutes in. The score at half time was 0-2.

Black-and-Red continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Kamara finding the net again at the 71 minute mark, leaving the final score at 3-0.

For Inter, Brek Shea, Chapman, Leerdam, Higuaín and Azcona, came on for Ulloa, Makoun, Carranza, Matuidi and Jones. D.C. replaced Mora, Felipe Martins, Brillant, Nyeman and Reyna with Perez, Paredes, Najar, Arriola and Moreno.

There were bookings for Figal from Inter. For D.C., Paredes, Arriola and Hines-Ike saw yellow.
