Houston 0 – COLO 1- Orange Crush unable to stop visitors getting win

Colorado Rapids eased past Houston Dynamo in a 1-0 victory on Sunday at BBVA Compass Stadium. After today’s result, Houston are in 12th place, with 30 points from 44 matches, while COLO sit in 3rd, with 58 points from 44.

Following a goalless first half, COLO continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Badji giving COLO the lead at the 58 minute mark and seeing the game end 1-0.

For Houston, Pasher, Boniek García, Maxi Urruti, Quintero and Juan Castilla, came on for Dorsey, Carrasquilla, Lassiter, Corona and Memo Rodríguez. COLO brought on Jonathan Lewis, Bassett, Rubio, Shinyashiki and Moor for Abubakar, Kaye, Namli, Badji and Barrios.

There were bookings for Carrasquilla, Memo Rodríguez and Corona from Houston, and Badji, Kaye, Bassett and Shinyashiki, for COLO.
