On Sunday, Houston and Cin were held to a 1-1 draw at BBVA Compass Stadium. As the table looks today, Houston and Cin currently occupy 5th and 11th spots in the table, with 15 points and 11 points respectively after 15 matches.
Orange Crush scored first, with an early goal from Pasher in the 3rd minute. However, their lead was short lived, as Barreal equalised for Cin in the 5th minute, which brought Jaap Stam’s squad level at 1-1 at the half time break The second part ended with little further action at either end and goalless.
For Houston, Quintero and Boniek García, came on for Pasher and Jones. Cin brought on Kovacevic, Stanko and Hagglund, to replace Atanga, Medunjanin and Barreal.
There were bookings for Figueroa, Valentin and Boniek García from Houston. For Cin, Kubo saw yellow.
Houston will next travel to Seattle Sounders, while Cin will face Columbus Crew at home.
