Colorado Rapids rolls over FC Dallas 3-0 on Sunday at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. Following today’s result, COLO and Dallas sit 4th, (13 points) and 11th, (6 points), spots respectively, after 10 matches.

COLO started the first half well, with Rosenberry opening the rout, 13 minutes in. COLO then netted once more and increased their advantage thanks to a calamitous own goal from Tessmann just before half-time, finishing the first half 2-0.

COLO continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Barrios finding the net, 71 minutes in, leaving the final score at 3-0.

For COLO, Shinyashiki, Moor, Benezet and Oliver Larraz, came on for Jonathan Lewis, Barrios, Mezquida and Rubio. Dallas replaced Pomykal, John Nelson, Pepi, Twumasi and Elmedkhar with Vargas, Eddie Munjoma, Tessmann, Martínez and Obrián.

There were bookings for Wilson, Barrios, Price and Yarbrough from COLO, and Bressan and Jara, for Dallas.

COLO will next play Cincinnati away, with Dallas facing Minnesota United at home.
