Cin 0 – Orlando 1: Orange and Blue narrowly defeated at home by The Lions

Orlando City eased past Cincinnati in a 1-0 victory on Sunday at Nippert Stadium. As the table looks today, Cin are in 14th place on the table and has 20 points while Orlando sit in 4th with 45 points after 39 matches.

The first half of the game started favourably for The Lions, with Júnior Urso finding the net at the 13 minute mark, finalising the first half 0-1. With both teams struggling to produce anything meaningful in the second half though, the game ended 1-0.

For Cin, Cruz, Scott, Gyau, Harris and Vázquez, came on for Atanga, Medunjanin, Bailey, Mokotjo and Barreal. Orlando brought on Michel, Akindele, Rosell, Van De Water and Schlegel, to replace Mueller, Daryl Dike, Perea, Nani and Pereyra.

There were bookings for Bailey and Cameron from Cin, and Antônio Carlos and Perea, for Orlando.

Cin next face Chicago Fire and Orlando are at home to Montréal.
