Chicago 3 – Atlanta 0: Bad day for visitors at SeatGeek Stadium

Chicago suffered an away loss to Chicago Fire on Sunday at SeatGeek Stadium. After today’s result, Chicago are in 12th place on the table and has 8 points while Atlanta sit in 10th with 12 points after 15 matches.

Chicago didn’t take long to start the rout, with Aliseda opening the rout at the 34 minute mark. However they weren’t finished yet and Aliseda made it 2-0 just before half-time. The first half ended 2-0.

Chicago continued to apply pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Frankowski finding the net in the 58th minute. When the final wisthle blew, the result was 3-0 to Chicago.

For Chicago, Offor, Omsberg, Gutierrez, Stojanović and Collier, came on for Berić, Frankowski, Bornstein, Medrán and Aliseda. Atlanta brought on Moreno, Chol, Ambrose, Conway and Hernández for Mulraney, López, Adams, Wolff and George Bello.

There were bookings for Bornstein and Frankowski from Chicago, and George Bello, Wolff and Walkes, for Atlanta.
