Chicago 0 – Cin 1- Orange and Blue get valuable away win at SeatGeek Stadium

Chicago were defeated at home by Cincinnati at SeatGeek Stadium on Thursday. Following today’s result, Chicago and Cin currently occupy 14th and 12th spots in the league, with 4 points and 7 points respectively after 12 matches.

After an un-eventful first half,

Cin certainly were out of the blocks quickly in the second half, thanks to an early goal from Barreal in the 50th minute, leaving the final score at 1-0.

For Chicago, Terán, Medrán, Gutierrez and Offor, came on for Kappelhof, Espinoza, Pineda and Aliseda. Cin brought on Locadia, Vázquez and Hagglund, to replace Brenner, Atanga and Barreal.

The referee booked two players from Cin, Barreal and Vázquez.

Chicago will next play Philadelphia Union at home, with Cin facing Toronto FC away.
