Juve were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Genoa and Napoli. After today’s result, Atalanta are in 3rd place, with 64 points from 31 matches, while Juve sit in 4th, with 62 points from 31.
After an un-eventful first half, Atalanta applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, with a goal from Ruslan Malinovskyi just before the final whistle. The game ended with a 1-0 victory for Atalanta.
For Atalanta, Mario Pasalic, Josip Ilicic and Ruslan Malinovskyi, came on for Matteo Pessina, Luis Muriel and Joakim Maehle. Juve brought on Danilo and Dejan Kulusevski, to replace Federico Chiesa and Paulo Dybala.
