Brest on away loss to RCSA at the Stade de La Meinau on Sunday. RCSA arrived with the intention of increasing their league score after a 1-1 draw against Troyes. Brest, on the other hand, were beaten 4-2 in the previous match against Paris Saint-Germain. As the table looks today, RCSA are in 12th place, with 4 points from 4 matches, while Brest sit in 17th, with 2 points from 4.
RCSA started strongly in the first half, thanks to Sanjin Prcic finding the net at the 24 minute mark. However, the good fortune didn’t last for long. An equalizer from Irvin Cardona in the 26th minute brought The Pirates level. RCSA in turn, then responded just before half-time increasing their lead with an effort from Jean-Kevin Duverne, which saw the first half end 2-1.
The Racers continued to pile on the pressure in the second and were rewarded, with Adrien Thomasson finding the net at the 84 minute mark and seeing the game end 3-1.
