On Saturday, Nice suffer an away defeat to PSG at Parc Des Princes. Both teams arrived in good form, having secured victories in their previous matches. PSG were looking to pick up points after winning their previous two matches against Marseille away and Nimes at home, by 2-0 and 3-0 respectively. Nice, on the other hand, were looking to extend their winning run after a 3-0 victory against Angers. As things stand, PSG and Nice currently occupy 1st and 13th spots in the table, with 54 points and 29 points respectively after 25 matches.
PSG started the first half well, thanks to Julian Draxler opening the scoring in the 22nd minute, thereby seeing the first half to a 1-0.
The second half started favourably for Nice, beginning with early goal from Rony Lopes in the 50th minute. However, PSG in the 76th minute found the back of the net following a Moise Kean goal, sealing a resounding 2-1 victory for the home side.
