Paris Saint-Germain eased past AS Mónaco in a 2-0 victory on Sunday at the Parc des Princes. PSG wanted to improve their league standing after a 1-1 draw against RC Lens whilst Monaco were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against FC Metz and Angers SCO. After today’s result, PSG are currently 1st with 45 points from 18 matches, while Monaco sit in 8th, with 26 points from 18.

However they weren’t finished yet and Kylian Mbappe made it 2-0 just before half-time to see out the first half 2-0. Both teams struggled to produce anything meaningful in the second half, leaving the final score at 2-0.
