On Sunday, Brest and Angers were held to a 1-1 draw at the Stade Francis-Le Blé. Brest were looking to get back their winning ways after losing their last game 3-1 to RC Strasburg. As the table looks today, Brest are in 18th place, with 3 points from 5 matches, while Angers sit in 2nd, with 11 points from 5.

After an un-eventful first half, The Pirates took the initiative in the second half, with a goal from Romain Faivre in the 62nd minute. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Thomas Mangani equalised for Angers, 78 minutes in and seeing the game end 1-1.

For Brest, Youssouph Badji, Julien Faussurier, Jeremy Le Douaron, Rafiki Said and Haris Belkebla, came on for Irvin Cardona, Romain Del Castillo, Franck Honorat, Ronael Pierre-Gabriel and Lucien Agoume. Angers replaced Enzo Ebosse, Pierrick Capelle, Azzedine Ounahi, Stephane Bahoken and Farid El Melali with Souleyman Doumbia, Thomas Mangani, Angelo Fulgini, Mohamed-Ali Cho and Sofiane Boufal.
