Real secure all 3 points, after a win at the Reale Arena

Real beats Cádiz 4-1 on Sunday at the Reale Arena. Real Sociedad wanted to improve their league standing after a 1-1 draw against Villarreal whilst Cádiz were beaten 4-2 in the previous match against Atletico Madrid. As the table looks today, Real Sociedad are in 6th place, with 35 points from 22 matches, while Cádiz sit in 13th, with 24 points from 22.

Real Sociedad started the first half well, with Mikel Oyarzabal opening the rout in the 26th minute. Later, Real Sociedad scored again and increased their advantage thanks to a new goal from Mikel Oyarzabal, scoring his second goal in the 34th minute, finalising the first half with a 2-0.

The second half started favourably for Real Sociedad, with Alexander Isak opening the scoring, 54 minutes in. Later, Real Sociedad scored again thanks to another goal from Alexander Isak, scoring his second goal in the 59th minute to establish the 4-0. Cádiz hit back thanks to a goal from Jairo Izquierdo in the 65th minute to establish the 4-1, sealing a resounding 4-1 victory for the home side.

For Real, Martin Merquelanz, David Silva, Carlos Fernandez, Ander Barrenetxea and Modibo Sagnan came on for Jens Jonsson, Isaac Carcelen, Anthony Lozano, Alvaro Negredo and Juan Cala, and Cádiz brought on Garrido, Pedro Alcala, Ruben Sobrino, Ivan Saponjic and Alfonso Espino for Jens Jonsson, Isaac Carcelen, Anthony Lozano, Alvaro Negredo and Juan Cala.

Real Sociedad will next play Getafe away, with Cádiz facing Athletic Club at home.
