Osasuna on away loss to RMA at the Alfredo di Stéfano on Saturday. RMA wanted to continue adding points after a scoreless draw against Getafe in their previous match while Osasuna were hoping to increase their winning streak after back-to-back victories against Elche and Villarreal. After today’s result, RMA are in 2nd place on the table and has 74 points while Osasuna sit in 11th with 40 points after 34 matches.

After an un-eventful first half, RMA applied pressure in the second and were rewarded, with a goal from Eder Militao at the 76 minute mark. However they weren’t finished yet and Casemiro made it 2-0 in the 80th minute with a final score of 2-0.

For RMA, Nacho, Miguel Gutierrez, Rodrygo, Isco and Sergio Arribas, came on for Raphael Varane, Marcelo, Vinicius Junior, Eden Hazard and Marco Asensio. Osasuna replaced Darko Brasanac, Ante Budimir, Adrian Lopez, Enrique Barja and Jony with Javier Martinez Calvo, Ezequiel Avila, Ruben Garcia, Roberto Torres and Lucas Torro.

The referee booked Javier Martinez Calvo and Oier for Osasuna.

RMA will next play Seville at home, with Osasuna facing Athletic Bilbao away.
