Levante and Cádiz ended their participation in the competition with a draw 2-2. Following the final whistle at the end of the last game of the LaLiga season, Levante and Cádiz are 14th (41 points) and 12th (44 points) in the league respectively, after a total of 38 matches.

Levante started strongly in the first half, thanks to a goal from Roger Marti, 8 minutes in. Cádiz then went on to level the score at 1-1, 14 minutes in, thanks to a goal from Alvaro Negredo. However they weren’t finished yet and Carlos Akapo made it 2-1, 32 minutes in, which saw the first half end 1-2.

The Frogs took the initiative in the second half, with a goal from Gonzalo Melero at the 58 minute mark and seeing the game end 2-2.

For Levante, Carlos Clerc, Jose Luis Morales, Alejandro Cantero, Coke and Alex Blesa, came on for Tono, Enis Bardhi, Dani Gomez, Son and Mickael Malsa. Cádiz brought on Alvaro Bastida, Garrido, Jairo Izquierdo, Jorge Pombo and Filip Malbasic, to replace Jens Jonsson, Augusto Fernandez, Pedro Alcala, Alberto Perea and Alvaro Negredo.

The referee booked two players from Cádiz, Alvaro Negredo and Ruben Sobrino.
