If you read Jose’s writing, you would never think that he is anything but professional. However, he is the joker of our team.

Real Sociedad strolled past Eibar with a 1-0 win on Monday at Ipurua Municipal Stadium. Both Eibar and Real arrived at the match from previous defeats in the league. Eibar were hoping to get something from this game, following a previous defeat to Atletico Madrid. Real were beaten 2-1 in the previous match against Seville. After today’s result, Eibar and Real currently occupy 20th and 5th spots in the table, with 23 points and 53 points respectively after 32 matches.

The White and Blues started strong and were rewarded for their efforts, thanks to Alexander Isak finding the net, 26 minutes in, seeing out the first half 0-1. Both teams unable to deliver anything further, the score remained at 1-0 at full time.

For Eibar, Roberto Correa, Edu Exposito, Yoshinori Muto and Sergi Enrich, came on for Ander Barrenetxea, Alexander Isak, Portu, Andoni Gorosabel and Mikel Oyarzabal.
