Saturday’s fixture between Barca and Atleti delivered a goalless draw at the Nou Camp. Both Barca and Atleti arrived at the challenge after previous wins. Barca were looking to continue their run, following a 3-2 victory against Valencia. Atleti, on the other hand, were looking to extend their winning run after a 1-0 victory against Elche. As it stands, Barca are in 2nd place on the table and has 75 points while Atleti sit in 1st with 77 points after 35 matches.

For Barca, Moriba Ilaix, Ronald Araujo, Ousmane Dembele and Sergi Roberto, came on for Sergio Busquets, Oscar Mingueza, Pedri and Sergino Dest. Atleti brought on Saul Niguez, Joao Felix and Geoffrey Kondogbia, to replace Thomas Lemar, Saul Niguez and Angel Correa.

There were bookings for Moriba Ilaix, Gerard Pique and Jordi Alba from Barca. For Atleti, Saul Niguez, Felipe and Koke saw yellow.

Barca will play away against Levante, while Atleti will face Real Sociedad at home.
