Denmark won 2-1 against to Czech Republic in the return meeting held this Saturday at the Baku Olympic Stadium and have qualified for the semifinal.

Denmark started the first half well, thanks to an early goal from Delaney in the 5th minute. They then scored again, increasing their advantage thanks to a goal from Dolberg just before half-time, finalising the first half 0-2.

Czech Republic fought back, with an early goal from Schick in the 49th minute, leaving the final score at 2-1.

For Czech Republic, Jankto, Krmencik, Brabec, Vydra and Darida, came on for Holeš, Masopust, Celustka, Schick and Ševčík. Denmark brought on Poulsen, Nørgaard, Wass, Jensen and Andersen, to replace Dolberg, Damsgaard, Stryger, Delaney and Christensen.

The referee booked Krmencik and Kalas for Czech Republic.

This victory will please The Danes to maintain this winning form as they advance in the competition, whilst The Czechs must now wait another season to try again.
