Cardiff could only manage a 1-1 draw against Rotherham in the last game of the Championship season. Following the final whistle at the end of the last game of the Championship season, Cardiff are in 8th place on the table and has 68 points while Rotherham sit in 23rd with 42 points after 46 matches.

It was an impressive opening from Rotherham, thanks to Lewis Wing finding the net, 8 minutes in, seeing out the first half 0-1.

The Bluebirds took the lead in the second half, with Marlon Pack finding the net just before the final whistle. The game ended wih a 1-1 draw.

For Cardiff, Mark Harris, Josh Murphy, Jonathan Williams, Sheyi Ojo and Souleymane Bamba, came on for Rubin Colwill, Kieffer Moore, Leandro Bacuna, Harry Wilson and Josh Murphy. Rotherham brought on Jamie Lindsay, Joe Mattock, Freddie Ladapo and Chiedozie Ogbene, to replace Florian Jozefzoon, Ben Wiles, Michael Ihiekwe and Lewis Wing.

There were bookings for Joe Ralls from Cardiff. For Rotherham, Michael Ihiekwe and Ben Wiles saw yellow.
