Bristol 1 – Luton 1- The Robins locked into a draw at home to The Hatters

On Wednesday, Bristol and Luton were held to a 1-1 draw at the Ashton Gate. With both teams drawing in their previous fixtures, they were keen to pick up points. Bristol wanted to continue adding points following a disappointing 0-0 draw with Preston North End in their previous game. Luton, on the other hand, are struggling for form following a draw in their last match. At the moment, both teams are on 9 points and occupy 11th and 13th places respectively after 7 matches.

Following a goalless first half, The Robins fought back the second half, with Nathan Baker giving Bristol the lead, 57 minutes in. In the end though, their lead was short lived, as Danny Hylton equalised for Luton just before the final whistle. The final result, Bristol 1, Luton 1.

Bristol brought on Nahki Wells, Jay Dasilva and Andy King for Alex Scott, Zak Vyner and Cameron Pring. Luton brought on Elijah Adebayo, Danny Hylton and Carlos Mendes Gomes, to replace Harry Cornick, Cameron Jerome and Luke Berry.

There were bookings for Cameron Pring from Bristol, and Henri Lansbury and James Bree, for Luton.

Bristol will play their next game away against Queens Park Rangers, while Luton will face Swansea City at home.
