Frankfurt 0 – Augsburg 0: Victory and goals elusive for both sides

On Saturday, Frankfurt and Augsburg were held to a 0-0 draw at the Commerzbank Arena. Both Frankfurt and Augsburg came from defeats in their previous league games. Frankfurt were looking to get back their winning ways, following a previous defeat to Borussia Dortmund. Augsburg, on the other hand, lost 4-0 in the last match they played against Hoffenheim. At the moment, both teams are on 1 point and occupy 14th and 16th places respectively after 2 matches.

For Frankfurt, Daichi Kamada, Makoto Hasebe and Ragnar Ache, came on for Jens Hauge, Ajdin Hrustic and Jesper Lindstrom. Augsburg brought on Fredrik Jensen, Carlos Gruezo, Michael Gregoritsch, Daniel Caligiuri and Mads Pedersen for Florian Niederlechner, Jan Moravek, Andre Hahn, Raphael Framberger and Niklas Dorsch.
