On Saturday, Arminia and Frankfurt were held to a 1-1 draw at the Schüco Arena. With both teams drawing in their previous fixtures, they were keen to pick up points. Arminia wanted to continue adding points after a 1-1 draw against Greuther Fürth. Frankfurt are struggling for form following a draw in their last match. As the table looks today, Arminia are in 11th place, with 3 points from 3 matches, while Frankfurt sit in 14th, with 2 points from 3.
Frankfurt dominated the first half, thanks to Jens Hauge giving The Eagles the lead, at 22 minutes and managed to see out the first half 0-1.
The Blues took the lead in the second half, with Patrick Wimmer finding the net just before the final whistle and seeing the game end 1-1.
Both managers used the full entitlement. For Arminia, Lennart Czyborra, Bryan Lasme and Patrick Wimmer, came on for Jacob Laursen, Florian Kruger and Fabian Kunze, Frankfurt brought on Aymen Barkok, Ragnar Ache and Goncalo Paciencia to replace Daichi Kamada, Jesper Lindstrom and Rafael Borre.
The referee booked Evan N`Dicka, Christopher Lenz and Ajdin Hrustic for Frankfurt.
